Mike Avenaim
Mike Avenaim is a renowned drummer who has made a name for himself by doing it all. Whether it be in the studio or on stage, his experience as a drummer, producer, composer and music director has taken him all over the world.
From an early age, Mike began studying classical percussion and ranked in several national classical competitions. As a teenager, his love for the drum set took over and he was granted a scholarship to the Australian Institute of Music.
Mike signed with the Universal/Motown act, Porcelain and in 2010 he won the Australian Billy Hyde Drummers Playoff. Since moving to America, Mike has worked with artists such as Tori Kelly, Scott Weiland, Hailee Steinfeld, Jorge Blanco Leslie Odom Jr. and Rachel Platten.
Known for being a versatile musician, Mike has also composed, recorded and produced songs for feature films, movie trailers and TV shows.
Mike is currently the music director for multiple record label acts including Bea Miller, Temecula Road and Jorge Blanco.
